No Return and Refund Policy

No Returns

Due to the nature of our products/services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any products or services once a purchase is completed. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at  PRAKRITIAURA ECOLIVING PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within [2–3 business days].

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.

    • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.

      3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

    • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    • 4. NO Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • 5. Shipping Partners

    • We partner with reputed logistics companies like [e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, etc.] to ensure timely and safe delivery.

    • 6. Payment

    • All payments on our site are securely processed via Razorpay. We accept:

    • Credit/Debit Cards

    • UPI

    • Net Banking

    • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)

    • All transactions are encrypted and secure. We do not store any payment information.

    • 7. Shipping Restrictions

    • Currently, we only ship to addresses within INDIA.

    • 8. Damages

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

    • We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution (replacement/refund/store credit).

Return Policy

Product must be returned to us within 10 days (if  from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

 

Refund Policy

Once the Product is received to the company successfully, PrakritiAura will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 7 working days. Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.However return is possible for all orders/products.

OR

Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders. However return is possible for all orders/products.

Shipping & Delivery Policies -

 

PrakritiAura ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

 

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through India post and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which PrakritiAura is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as PrakritiAura continuously tries to nought such instances. PrakritiAura reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
